Run LIke You Stole Something


Need an excuse to get out and exercise? Sometimes its just a frame of mind. Change your thoughts and perceptions about working out and being healthy, and you could start losing weight and building muscle.

  1. So true! I've been in a real slump these past few months. Yesterday I changed my workout -- and my way of thinking -- and had one of the best days at the gym in a long time.
